Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: Up to £110,000 per year (GBP), with flexibility for exceptional candidates

Role Description
This role will own and scale the global demand generation engine across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. It plays a pivotal part in driving qualified pipeline growth and enhancing customer engagement throughout the funnel.
Key Collaboration: Sales, Product Marketing, Web, and Analytics teams
Responsibilities
Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and retargeting
Own lifecycle marketing automation in HubSpot, including segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture programs
Develop landing pages, funnel content, and messaging tailored to personas and ICPs
Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and Webflow optimization
Partner with Sales to optimize lead quality, ICP targeting, and pipeline velocity
Support Product Marketing with campaign execution during new feature launches
Maintain clear and actionable performance reporting across GA4, CRM, and dashboard tools
Requirements
Must-Haves:
7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation
Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and GA4
Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
Strong experience with lifecycle marketing automation and ABM tactics
Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and reporting on performance
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in marketing AI, open-source, or developer tools
Familiarity with Webflow and light JavaScript for experimentation
Knowledge of analytics platforms like Looker or Power BI
Exposure to ecosystem marketing or co-marketing programs
Understanding of computer vision use cases in robotics, retail, or manufacturing
