💼 The Role – Enterprise Account Executive
You’ll drive new business across the DACH region, focusing on mid-sized to large banks and lenders.
You’ll be the trusted advisor for enterprise buyers in a regulated, complex sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow your pipeline (no BDRs, but marketing, events, and PR support)
Sell a product with AI integration designed for financial institutions
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and the leadership team
Travel across the region as needed
Sales context:
Average deal size: €200K–€1M+ (banks), €10–30K (lenders)
Sales cycle: long and complex
Deals often supported by partners and internal partner managers
Target customers: banks processing 1K–10K mortgages annually

🎯 Ideal Profile
3+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
Proven success carrying €800K+ ARR quota with six-figure deals
Experience selling to banks, brokers, or insurance companies (or similar regulated sectors such as pharma/government)
Startup/scale-up experience and a hunter mindset
