Role Overview
– Full-cycle enterprise sales role targeting Sparkassen group (500+ banks) and larger German/European banks
– Relationship-driven position leveraging existing networks in regulated financial institutions
– Deal sizes: €200K–€500K ARR+
– Sales cycles: 9–12+ months
– Complex, multi-stakeholder deals (5–10+ stakeholders incl. Compliance, Ops, CFO/MD)
– Direct input into banking vertical strategy and playbook design

Must Haves
– 5–7+ years enterprise sales experience (BFSI or regulated industries preferred)
– Proven track record closing complex €200K+ ARR deals
– Strong existing banking network in Germany
– Consultative, structured sales approach (stakeholder mapping, ROI, Excel-based cases)
– Quantitative skills: Excel, KPI modeling, PowerPoint
– Collaborative, low-ego, intrinsically motivated profile

Compensation
– OTE €160K–€180K+
