Role: GTM Engineer
A strategic technical operator sitting within the GTM organisation, reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead. This role owns the architecture, automation, and scalability of the entire GTM engine, enabling a warm, multi-channel pipeline-generation flywheel.
Key Focus Areas
Build a fully integrated GTM flywheel combining outbound, inbound, ABM, LinkedIn content motion, paid channels, and sales workflows
Design & automate lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-touch outbound sequences (Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier)
Turn website & content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM activations, and AE alerts
Remove all repetitive outbound tasks for AEs (auto-personalisation, CRM hygiene, deal routing)
Maintain & optimise the GTM tech stack: email infra, CRM workflows (HubSpot), data quality, attribution
Launch scalable campaign engines (3–5/month), build reporting, and refine warm outbound loops
Ensure >95% email deliverability and >99% GTM automation uptime
Run weekly GTM performance reviews and monthly optimisation cycles
Build and document internal GTM processes/playbooks

Must-Haves
1+ years in GTM/RevOps automation or technical growth roles
Strong commercial understanding of B2B SaaS, ICP design, and pipeline mechanics
Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Clearbit, Zapier, and/or n8n
Proven ability to build CRM automation, scoring models, and routing logic
Experience triggering outbound from website, LinkedIn, and CRM activity signals
Able to reduce manual work for SDRs/AEs and improve SQL conversion
Familiar with outbound messaging and personalisation frameworks
Experience working in high-growth, VC-backed SaaS environments
Nice-to-Haves
SQL + API integration skills
Knowledge of attribution, tracking, and analytics tooling
Compensation & Benefits
€70K–€100K base salary + 15% variable + equity
