About the role
We are partnering with a fast-growing Martech SaaS company, known for its cutting-edge CRM and lead automation solutions, to find a driven Account Executive.Location: Berlin (2-3 days a week in-office)
Languages: Fluent German & English
Salary: €180K OTE (50/50 split)
Industry: CRM / Marketing Automation (B2C focus)
Role Highlights:
Hunting Account Executive role (new business focus)
Full support from a strong SDR team (6 BDRs, 2 AEs)
Target clients: Marketing leaders at B2C brands (fashion, retail, loyalty focus)
Deal sizes around €30K ARR, 3–6 month sales cycles
Greenfield opportunity across SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise
Strong growth potential: Pathway to Senior AE
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of B2B closing experience in complex sales (SaaS or other industries)
Entrepreneurial and scale-up mindset
High energy, proactive and hungry to grow
Bonus: BDR experience, full-cycle SaaS closing background, CRM sales exposure.
