A fast-growing B2B SaaS provider is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their field sales team. In this role, you’ll drive consultative sales conversations with accountancy firms, focusing on automation and future-proofing their operations.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle. Approximately 90% of client interactions will be face-to-face. You’ll receive qualified leads through Inside Sales (4 out of 6 weekly meetings), with the remaining 2 to be self-generated through outbound or network-based efforts. The focus is consultative selling — identifying business pain, challenging the status quo, and navigating complex, often risk-averse buyer profiles.

Must Haves
Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience
Experience with or affinity for either SaaS or accountancy (at least one is required)
Strong consultative selling skills
Comfortable engaging senior, traditional buyer profiles
Entrepreneurial, self-starting approach
Fluent Dutch speaker
Valid Dutch driver’s licence
Nice to Haves
Background in accountancy, legal, FinTech or public sector sales
Experience with long or complex deal cycles
Previous entrepreneurial experience or managing own admin/finance processes
