Role description:
Own & execute all Paid Search & Social Campaigns for DACH
Budget is $850k p/y globally, $200-300k is DACH (90% search)
Goal to build out Paid Social, UGC, creative briefs & production

$60mio Series A (Insight & Creandum) in 2022 (US expansion)
Growth perspective (for the candidate): nothing short/mid-term
Must haves:
3+ years B2B Performance Marketing experience (in-house or agency)
Experience with Paid Search & Social (Google & LinkedIn are critical)
Experience with creative strategy, production, briefs, UGC creators
Nice to haves:
B2B SaaS experience
HR experience
Salary range & secondary benefits: up to €68k base + €5k bonus + equity
Also €2k p/y L&D budget, 2 months p/y working abroad, gym subscription
