Role Description
Hunting-focused: 70% new logo acquisition, 30% expansion
Targeting large enterprises with complex software environments (BFSI, Retail, Telco, Logistics, ISV)
Selling directly and via partners (Big 4, BCG, GSIs, hyperscalers like AWS, Microsoft, Google)
Engaging senior stakeholders: CxO, VP Enterprise Architecture, VP ADM
Managing high-value deals:Initial land deals: $50K-$100K ARR
Expansion potential: $1M+ ARR
Building CAST’s presence in UK/DACH markets, driving adoption of CAST Highlight for cloud migration, modernisation, and software visibility

Must-Haves:
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
Experience selling through Tier 1 consulting firms (Big 4, GSIs)
Experience selling complex mission critical software (i.e. Zscaler, Celonis, Snowlfake, Databricks etc)
No HR-tech, MarTech, PropTech, GreenTech etc.
Experience with cloud migration, modernisation, and transformation
Proven ability to land and expand large accounts
A-player mentality – hands-on, driven, and capable of building a new category
Nordic language
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in BFSI, Retail, Telco, Logistics, ISV sectors
Compensation & Benefits:
DACH: €180-220K (preferably around 200K with a 50-50 split, but open for superstars that are higher)
