Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: €65,000 – €75,000 (up to €80,000 for exceptional candidates)

Role Description
This role will lead the full demand generation strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase brand awareness across key markets. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role focused on optimizing paid channels, funnel metrics, and marketing automation infrastructure.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Key Collaboration: Head of Marketing, Content Marketer, Website Specialist, and Sales team (12 sales staff across the EU)
Responsibilities
Own and execute the demand generation strategy, focusing on scalable lead acquisition
Manage and optimize LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns (~€15K/month budget)
Track and improve key funnel metrics including CPL, CPC, MQL cost, and conversion rates
Test, iterate, and allocate budgets for performance and scalability
Align campaign messaging with content and brand strategy
Coach the Website/Growth Marketer on funnel optimization
Manage HubSpot for campaign attribution and lead tracking
Requirements
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS or a similar motion
Hands-on experience managing €10K+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn and Google Ads
Strong knowledge of funnel marketing and performance metrics (CPL, CPC, MQLs)
CRM experience (HubSpot)
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in AgriTech, sustainability, or compliance industries
Fluency in Dutch or German
