Size and functions of local team: MD + first sales & marketing hire
Role description:
First (and sole) marketer for Qera, Enterprise ($50-$500k deals), 150 ICP's in EU
Foundational PMM together (positioning, messaging, value pro etc.)
Some content creation (customer stories, sales enablement materials etc.)
Campaigns (ABM); Events, LinkedIn Ads, Email (freelancers can support with this)
Must haves:
4+ years marketing experience, generalist
Mid-Market or Enterprise background
Nice to haves:
B2B Tech/SaaS experience
ABM experience
Salary range: up to €80k base (40 vacation days + pension)
