Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: €180,000 – €200,000 OTE (50/50 split)

Role Description
This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role targeting upper mid-market and enterprise clients (1,000+ employees) in traditional industries. You will manage deals from discovery through close, engaging multiple stakeholder groups across legal, compliance, operations, and IT. The current go-to-market motion is inbound-driven, with plans to expand into outbound strategy development.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for inbound enterprise opportunities
Sell into traditional sectors such as manufacturing, insurance, or pharma
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
Close deals in the €100K–€200K ARR range over ~5-month cycles
Meet quarterly revenue targets (approx. €1M annually)
Collaborate with technical teams during the sales process
Support the development of early outbound and strategic sales plays
Participate in future international expansion opportunities
Requirements
4+ years total sales experience
2–3+ years in B2B SaaS closing roles
Experience closing €50K+ deals involving multiple stakeholders
Background selling into traditional or regulated industries
Comfortable in early-stage, fast-paced environments
Strong consultative sales and discovery skills
Willingness to work on-site full-time in Munich
Experience collaborating with technical or implementation teams
Nice-to-Haves:
Technical background or ability to navigate product complexity
Experience in automation or AI SaaS
Familiarity with legal-heavy or compliance-driven sales cycles
Interest in international relocation opportunities (e.g., US market)
