Role Description
This is a 360° sales role focused on new business acquisition and pipeline development. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, playing a key part in expanding the client base and accelerating digital adoption among legal firms.
Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle sales, from outreach and discovery to product demos, negotiation, and close
Understand and clearly articulate product value tailored to each firm's pain points
Own and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene
Collaborate cross-functionally to surface client insights and inform product-market fit
Continuously optimize sales techniques based on learnings and feedback
Requirements
Must-Haves:
Proven track record in SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment
Strong prospecting and outbound sales experience
Excellent consultative communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset and ability to operate independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-change environment
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience selling to legal firms or within compliance-heavy industries
Background in digital transformation or workflow automation
Familiarity with performance-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPICED)
