Sales Executive – New Business (Logistics SaaS)Location: Germany or Austria

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive new business within a leading Logistics SaaS / Transport Management System environment. This is a 100% hunting role, focused on winning new customers and owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
What you’ll do
Acquire new customers and build your own sales pipeline
Own the full sales cycle (1–3 months) from prospecting to close
Close deals typically ranging from €35k–€60k ARR
Work closely with BDRs while remaining fully responsible for pipeline creation
Hand over closed deals to Account Management
What we’re looking for
3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong hunting focus
At least 2 years of closing experience (SDR → AE background welcome)
Proven new business mindset: proactive, driven, and high energy
Stable career history (no frequent job changes)
Fluent in German and English
Nice to have
Experience in Logistics SaaS / TMS
Additional SaaS sales experience
Package
€75k–€80k base salary + €40k commission
Company car or car allowance (~€650/month)
