Overview
This role is focused on existing business, with a key emphasis on cross-selling and upselling Meltwater's product suite. It’s not a traditional account management role; alongside your retention targets, you will have clear cross-sell and upsell objectives. As the captain of the pod, you will work closely with a Customer Success Manager and a Renewal Manager, functioning as the "quarterback" of the team. Strong collaboration is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Retention and cross/upsell targets across the product suite.
Lead the team (CSM, Renewal Manager) to meet customer needs and objectives.
Be the primary contact and strategist for accounts while driving growth.

Key Must-Haves
High energy, drive, and intrinsic motivation.
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of closing experience in B2B Sales (ideally SaaS).
Hunter profile (e.g., AE transitioning into Account Management).
Nice-to-Haves
MarTech experience.
