Role: Customer Success Manager – Benelux
Location: Amsterdam
Languages: Dutch + English
Hybrid policy: 2 days per week in the office
Team: Local CS function consists of 3 CSMs and a Manager

Role Highlights
The position is a proactive Customer Success / Account Management blend focused on relationship building, structured success planning, and commercial ownership after contract signature.
• Lead onboarding and define success goals with new customers
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Manage long-term success plans and track progress
• Take ownership of renewals, upsell, and cross-sell
• Drive customers into higher-value tiers over time
• Manage a portfolio of ~200 accounts (mix of Tier 1–4)
• Tier 1: 50K+ ARR
• Tier 2: 20K+ ARR
• Tier 3: 5K+ ARR
• Tier 4: <5K ARR

• 2+ years of commercial CSM or AM experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Comfortable with IT-related concepts
• Relationship-driven and proactive
• Scale-up mentality with a strong sense of ownership
