About the role
10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in UX/UI, user research, and interaction design.
Experience working in a fintech or financial product environment.
Fluent Swedish (mandatory) – ability to design and localise experiences for the Swedish market.
Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale design teams.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
