Role Overview
– Full-cycle enterprise sales role targeting payment providers in Germany and the Netherlands
– Hunting-heavy: ~80% outbound/self-sourced, ~20% inbound/SDR-supported
– Deal sizes: €100K–€150K ARR (up to €500K)
– Sales cycles: 6–9 months
– Quota: €600K ARR annually; €800K+ considered strong performance
– Sell to 5–10+ stakeholders including Product, Ops, Compliance, CFO/MD
– Work closely with leadership on large and strategic deals

Must Haves
– 3–4 years SaaS or B2B sales experience (midmarket/enterprise); consulting backgrounds also valued
– Proven success closing €100K+ ARR deals with 6–12 month cycles
– Strong outbound DNA: prospecting, cold calling, self-sourced pipeline
– Consultative, structured sales approach (stakeholder mapping, ROI, Excel-based cases)
– Quantitative skills: Excel, KPI modeling, PowerPoint
– Collaborative, low-ego, intrinsically motivated profile

Nice to Haves
– Consulting background
– Payments or banking ecosystem knowledge
– Experience in regulated industries (compliance/AML)
– Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC

Compensation
– OTE €140K–€160K (base €80K–€85K, uncapped variable)
– Bonus: 8% of closed ARR, pooled across team once quota is hit
– Equity available case by case for strategic hires

Hiring Process
– Screening interview (15–20 mins) with leadership
– Case study: Excel/KPI modeling + business case
– Final interview (1 hr) with Head of Sales
