Role description:
Part of the Digital & Brand Team (w/ Performance, Social, Content & Events)
Prio 1: Website Management, Landing Pages, CRO, A/B Testing, User Funnels
Prio 2: Integrated Campaigns; connecting all of the different channels
Prio 3: Owning tracking, attribution, reporting (mainly regarding website)
Prio 4: SEO and AI search (don't have anyone that owns this at the moment)
Unique about the company:
At $10mio ARR, growing at 40% YoY, €20mio Series A Dec '23
Global business, focus on US/EU/APAC, ADS is $1k to $25k ARR
Mainly product-led, 5,000+ customers, founder is from the space
Average age is ~30, 25 different nationalities, culture is important
Signing 100-130 new customers p/m, out of 400 SQL's
Must haves:
3-5 years experience in a similar role (B2B SaaS/Agency/B2C App)
Website Optimization, CRO, A/B Testing
Nice to haves:
B2B SaaS experience
SEO & GEO experience
