Role Description
This role will lead the transformation of the company's marketing function into a full-funnel demand engine. You'll drive predictable pipeline growth, strengthen market positioning, and align tightly with Sales to scale across global regions.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Direct Reports: 2 FTEs (Head of Marketing, Growth Marketeer) + freelancers
Key Collaboration: Sales, Chief of Staff (GTM), SDR team, external marketing partners
Responsibilities
Build and scale an allbound demand generation engine across inbound, outbound, ABM, events, and content
Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline growth in the US, UK, and EMEA
Increase average contract value (ACV) through multi-location enterprise expansion
Improve cross-functional synergy with Sales through shared KPIs and processes
Position the company as the category leader in workforce readiness through thought leadership and strategic messaging
Own pipeline metrics, marketing performance reporting, and funnel optimization
Requirements
Must-Haves:
7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
3+ years of marketing leadership experience
Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs in scale-up environments (Series A/B)
Multi-channel growth experience including inbound, outbound, ABM, and events
Strong analytical skills and fluency with martech, analytics, and performance data
Demonstrated track record of owning pipeline metrics and aligning with Sales
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
Comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
Confident communicator at executive and board level
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in the DACH region
Background in manufacturing, compliance, or regulated industries
Affinity for product marketing and customer expansion strategies
