Role description:
Design & execute the International Marketing and Demand Gen strategy
ABM strategy & execution (account prioritization & segmentation)
Campaign execution: LinkedIn, Email, Content, Roundtables, Webinars
Foundational Product Marketing work (positioning, messaging etc.)
Building the Data, Reporting, Analytics & Attribution infrastructure

Founded 2018, $4mio ARR by EOY, 100% YoY growth
$11mio Series A (Bessemer & ABM AMRO) in 2022
Currently 20 clients, TAM is <3,000 accounts in Europe
Average deals are $ ARR, sales cycles 9 months
Growth perspective (for the candidate):
Clear path to become Head of Marketing when successful
Must haves:
5-10 years B2B marketing experience
Enterprise SaaS experience
ABM experience (1:1 and/or 1:few)
Start/scale-up experience
All-round, hands-on, able to execute
Nice to haves:
Experience in Finance domain
Salary range & secondary benefits: €90-110k with 90/10 or 80/20 split + equity
