Team: 18 FTEs currently, scaling to 50 within 3–4 months (expanding both GTM and technical teams)
Role: Revenue Operations Lead
You will be the first hire in Revenue Operations, responsible for building the function, architecture, and processes from the ground up. This is a strategic position with full ownership over the company’s RevOps motion and long-term scaling plan.
Focus Areas
Establish structures for marketing and sales onboarding, tracking, and performance optimization
Build and optimize internal data management systems
Create and manage dashboards and reporting across marketing, sales, and operations
Design and own the tech stack architecture
Implement AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automate workflows
Align all internal and external stakeholders around unified data and reporting
You’ll report directly to the Go-To-Market Leadership Team.

Requirements
Must-haves:
3–5+ years in Revenue Operations (covering Sales + Marketing Ops)
Proven experience building RevOps infrastructure from scratch in SaaS environments
Data-literate with strong analytical thinking
Advanced HubSpot skills (dashboard creation, reporting, insights)
Ability to turn data into actionable strategy
Familiarity with AI-based workflow tools (e.g., automation and enrichment platforms)
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong work ethic and resilience
Nice-to-haves:
Experience at venture-backed SaaS scale-ups
Exposure to AI or marketing tech environments
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €90K–€140K base + 20% variable + equity
