About the role
Growth perspective:The company is scaling steadily across APAC. Two SDRs are expected to be promoted to AE roles by mid-2026, opening room for new cohort hires and upward mobility. Enable invests heavily in SDR progression — you’ll gain clear visibility into career pathways and get exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of SaaS sales.
Must haves:
Outbound experience (cold calling or prospecting in high-activity environments)
Strong client-facing confidence — backgrounds in recruitment, personal training, or similar high-touch roles are great fits
Curiosity and aptitude for learning technical products
Grit and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced SaaS sales team
Nice to haves:
Previous SDR or SaaS sales experience
Familiarity with MSP or IT channel ecosystems
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Salary range & secondary benefits:
$82,857 OTE (70/30 base to commission split)
Flexibility up to mid-$90Ks OTE for exceptional candidates with relevant experience
