Mid-size (~350 FTE) E-commerce SaaS vendor offering an integrated platform for marketplace management, order/warehouse operations, fulfillment, and payments. The company processes a significant share of German online transactions and recently secured major growth investment to scale revenue.
Team: 48 in GTM (10 AEs, 10 SDRs, plus SEs and AMs). Strong coaching culture and internal promotion track.
The Role
New logo focus – hunt, close, and manage for 2 years (upsell/expansion).
~70% of pipeline generated by SDRs.
Target clients: B2C brands with €3–40M GMV (some >€200M).
Buyers: CEO, Head of E-commerce, Head of Operations/Warehouse.
Deal size: avg. €35K (range €20–500K).
Sales cycle: ~4 months.
Requirements
2+ years B2B closing experience (software required, SaaS ideal).
Fluent in German & English.
Berlin-based or willing to travel Tue–Thu (travel covered).
Experience with SMB/MM deals (€20–60K+, 2–6 month cycles).
Proven performer; coachable, commercial, and driven.
Nice to have: Marketplace or B2C e-commerce experience.
Compensation
Base: €70–90K + car allowance (€500–1,000/month).
Commission: 8–12%, doubles when over target (~25%).
OTE: €140–180K; top performers €275–350K (uncapped).
Paid 50% on signature, 50% over 12 months.
