Role Description
Vertical / ICP: Construction firms managing execution & planning phases
Buyer Personas: Project managers, general contractors, project developers, digitalization leads
Market Segment: Legacy enterprise accounts, mid-market / upper-SMB cycles
Sales Motion: Land & Expand, multi-stakeholder accounts
Deal Sizes: Land ACV ~€6K (target €20–50K); flagship €100K+
Deal Cycles: 3–6 months for land, multi-year expansion
Leads: 90% outbound, some SDR-qualified inbound
Scope: Full-cycle AE role – pipeline generation, discovery, demos, closing, and post-close growth
Sales Methodology: MEDDIC / SPIN; HubSpot CRM

Must-Haves
4+ years of B2B sales experience
3+ years in closing roles (complex, multi-stakeholder deals)
Proven track record of outbound pipeline generation (true hunter mindset)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar frameworks
Humble, coachable, low-ego personality

Experience selling into the construction industry
Exposure to product feedback loops in early GTM scaling
Background in Land & Expand sales models

€110–160K OTE (70/30 split, monthly payout)
15% of base in equity
