Role Description:
60% BDR-sourced pipeline, 40% self-sourced (sequencing, calling, etc.)
Selling to Mid-Market (€500M - €2B revenue) and Enterprise (€2B+ revenue)
Proof of concept in the market with notable clients
Sales cycles: 6-9 months
100% new business role
Quota: €2.7M margin
Deal sizes: €150K-€300K (some up to €1M-€1.5M)
Complex stakeholder management (5-7 teams per deal)
Working with MEDDPIC
First-year ramp quota: €1M
Potential for Land & Expand strategy and POC selling
Target stakeholders: VP Accounts Payable, VP Treasury, VP Procurement
Must-Haves:
Experience with 6M+ sales cycles (Enterprise motions, stakeholder mapping)
Experience selling €100K+ ACVs (fixed revenue)
Start-up savvy: Selling without a playbook & new/unknown solutions
Proven ability to self-source deals
At least 4-5 years of SaaS closing experience (exception for top talent with 3 years)

Experience selling to finance teams
Background in highly competitive environments
Experience in both SaaS and service sales
