About the role
Role: Account ExecutiveLocation: Amsterdam
Language: English native level (Additional language nice bonus: German, Nordics, Dutch, etc.)
WFH policy: 3/4 days office (Monday + Friday mandatory)
Size and functions of local team:
* They have revops, marketing, etc. But need someone proactive that can also do his own prospecting if neccasary. Currently 4 AEs. 1 Sales engineer, 1 rev ops, 2 marketeers - hiring 2 more. Trying to enable sales in the best way possible.
Role description: 3-6 month cycles, 30K-50K ARR deals. About 500K yearly target. International focus, EMEA wide scope.
Big opportunity to build this market!
Greenfield new business role. Strong in outbound pipeline gen, full cycle role. Need someone with experience opening up new markets.
Unique about the company:
* Huge Greenfield opportunity internationally. Over 5K ICP clients identified.
* Getting inbounds in these areas now. VERY Excited role for hungry people that want to build out a territory from scratch!
* Work closely with marketing, leadership, be first in market.
Must haves:
* Start-up Savvy (Need someone that can adapt and is flexible to fast moving environment)
* 2/3 years of closing experience in SaaS (Need a proven, successful ride (Tenure 2/3 years ideally)
* Passionate, energized, coachable, strong mindset
* Low ego, no lone wolves. They like team-players.
* Structured sales process (ideally methodology trained)
Nice to haves:
* Multiple languages (e.g. German, Nordics, Dutch)
* Amsterdam Area
Salary range & secondary benefits: Up to €75K + €75K uncapped + equity - €150K OTE —> Entire salesteam hit quota last quarter, very achievable. Strong accelerators for overachievement.
