Role description: 40/60 inbound/outbound
New business sales closing, full sales cycle
Quota is a month gross salary
ICP: Recruitment agencies (80%) and Corporate Recruitment teams (20%)
50% market share on the agency side, still a lot of potential
40% inbound leads / 60% outbound (qualified lead lists available)
Monthly salary = quota in MRR (very achievable)
ACV: 1500 euro per deal
Sales cycle: 1-3 weeks
Must haves:
2 year B2B sales experience (BDR is fine)
Open to do outbounding
Self starter, quality focus, curious
Nice to haves:
SaaS or 360 recruitment experience
Salary range: up to 60k base + 24k on target commission
