Size and functions of local team: Approx. 3 sales team members in NL, supported by pre-sales and cross-functional resources
Role description:
AE – Benelux & wider EU focus, selling add-on solutions on top of Microsoft D365 BC.
Deal sizes: €7K–€50K (avg ~€20K), mainly low-complexity, volume deals
Motion: Mix of partner-led, direct sales, and inbound leads
60% of pipeline via partner channel, balance from installed base migrations (on-prem to cloud) & inbound
Responsible for activating and managing partner relationships (no dedicated BC partner manager)
Full-cycle sales ownership across Europe
Not a leadership role but autonomous, expected to own BC sales stream

Well-established partner network already in place
High degree of autonomy and flexibility
Path to build and lead the BC sales unit as pipeline grows
Potential to hire pre-sales, additional AEs, or partner managers under them in future
Must haves:
Minimum 3 years sales experience (including 1+ year on Microsoft D365 Business Central)
Familiarity with partner-led sales motions in the BC ecosystem
Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
Nice to haves:
Experience in add-on solution sales
Knowledge of Microsoft partner ecosystem beyond BC
Salary range & secondary benefits: €90 – €100k Base (including 8% holiday allowance) plus €25,000 commission,
