Role description:
New business sales closing, full sales cycle
ICP: Recruitment agencies (80%) and Corporate Recruitment teams (20%)
Corporate market has huge potential, not much tapped in yet
50% market share on the agency side
10% inbound leads / 90% outbound (qualified lead lists available)
This is more a pioneering role, a lot left to build and discover for this market
ACV: 1500 euro per deal (pay per hire for this market)
Sales cycle: 1-3 weeks
Quota: number of demos with ICP
Must haves:
2 year B2B sales experience
Open to do outbounding
Entrepeneurial, flexible, self starter (start-up experience)
Nice to haves:
SaaS or 360 recruitment experience
Salary range: up to 60k base + 24k commission + 3k learning budget + 500 euro health budget (gym, vacation days) - yearly trip abroad
