About the role

- **Role:** Account Executive Expansion

- **Role description**: You’ll be an expansion AE, who will be responsible for growing the existing BoB of 10-15 key accounts. This would be a combination of strategic account development and hunting into accounts for new business.
- Target / KPI: 1M -2M new business on book of business - depending patch and seniority
- Team attainment: lowest achiever was 75% - overall it’s 110% - some people did 300%+ in ‘24
- Deal size/cycle: 150 - 200K ARR/ 6-12 months cycles (true enterprise sales)

- Individuals can still make a big impact (a 400-person company at a high-growth stage)

- Ability to develop and grow in enterprise sales - becoming specialised in the role
- Hunters can grow into strategic account managers - grow into high OTE ranges this way as well (people can grow into director roles)
- Options to grow in team-lead position (6 more ICs to be hired) - this is not a given, but can be a path

**Must-haves:**

1. 3+ years experience in Enterprise sales (Track record closing deals of 200 K+ ARR with cycles of 6-12 months, 10 K+ employees, and carrying quota 1 M+)
1. Ask for the logo’s the closed (should be large, known brands)
2. Evident hunter experience
3. Trained on rigorous sales methods
4. No jumpiness - solid tenures that show consistent performance (3+ years at one company)

**Nice to haves**

- Located in DACH
- HR / L&D Background
- Good educational background with a Bachelor's / Master's (ideally no people with arbiturs/apprenticeships only)
- More years of Enterprise sales experience (more senior)

**Hiring process: 4-5 steps**

**Salary range & secondary benefits:** 170-200K OTE EUR (50/50)

- 3-month ramp (decision to get compensated on MBOs or OKR’s)
- Accelerators are in place for upsell, cross-sell, new business, and performance above 100%
- Equity is involved (15.000 EUR)
- Uncapped, with accelerators, paid out monthly.
