Role description:
AE role, BDR support. They want people to also do their own prospecting during ramping period. Around 70% comes through BDRs, 30% self sourced.
€10K ARR ADS, 2/3 months on average
Quarterly quota; 100K EU ARR
People will get a fair ramp-target first 6 months.
CFOs and finance DMUs.
For now, as they're setting up the office it'll be a bit more full sales cycle.
