Size and functions of local team: ±30 FTEs in Rotterdam – mix of sales, product, CS, and marketing
Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
Focused on the real estate vertical, working with commercial property owners, retail portfolio managers, and landlords
Buyer persona: asset managers, property managers, innovation/digitalization teams
Deals can vary – typically Mid-Market to Enterprise
Deal sizes: Estimated between €20K–€60K ARR
Deal cycle: Around 3–6 months
Mix of self-sourced pipeline and inbound
Market focus: French and Spanish regions
Expected to be hands-on with outbound outreach, especially through social selling and networking events
Expected to be 50%+ self-generated pipeline (You'll have BDR support, but need to be hands-on and proactive in own pipegen)
Comfortable with prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and live events
Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling is ideal
Growth perspective:
France and Spain are growth markets – strong performance could lead to leadership opportunities
Must haves:
Fluency in French (Native)
Full-cycle closing experience, including pipeline generation
3-5 years of Sales experience
Strong communicator, good at social selling and event networking
Nice to haves:
Experience selling into real estate or PropTech
Experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment
