Role Description:
Account Executive role focused on selling into an existing user base and expanding accounts.
Supported by a 1:3 AE to SDR ratio, with SDRs aiding in both inbound and outbound efforts.
Primarily upsell, cross-sell to various departments, and renewals. Minimal new business acquisition.
Average deal size: 22K, with a sales cycle of 3 months.

Extensive and enthusiastic user base (free and paid).
Growth Perspective:
Potential to advance to a more senior AE role (MM or strategic) after 12-18 months, depending on performance.
Requirements:
Must Haves: Fluent in French, consultative approach, strong pipeline generation skills, 1+ years of closing experience, a builder mentality to help shape processes in a developing GTM environment.
Nice to Haves: SDR experience, 2+ years of closing experience, start-up/scale-up experience, coachability, and a growth mindset.
