Role Description
Vertical: Tech companies with design and marketing teams
Buyer Persona: Design and marketing leaders
Deal Sizes: $10K–$30K, with some six-figure deals
Deal Cycles: Focus on larger, strategic deals with procurement and legal involvement
Segment: Mid-market and enterprise (150–10K employees)
Leads: Self-generated outbound
Target: 12 logos per year, company size-based (whale hunting approach)

About the Role
Outbound, strategic sales focused on high-value accounts
Strong emphasis on landing key accounts that will drive expansion opportunities
No quota, but success is measured by the level and number of key clients signed (~12 per year)
Face-to-face selling, event participation, and in-person engagements
Responsible for securing initial contracts, with potential involvement in account expansion

Must Haves
Minimum 3 years of AE experience, ideally 4+ years in sales
Strong outbound sales experience, comfortable generating pipeline independently
Experience managing and closing complex deals with legal and procurement processes
Proven quota attainment, ideally with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets (prefer candidates with multiple promotions)
Experience handling six-figure deals ($80K–$200K range)
Structured, disciplined sales approach with excellent organizational skills

Nice to Haves
President’s Club or similar achievement
Experience selling in the US market
Background in outbound sales with large tech companies

Salary Range & Secondary Benefits
$200K–$220K OTE (50/50 split)

Hiring Process
Initial call with CRO
Discovery call with Senior AE
Final interview with Hiring Manager (SF-based)
