Role: Account Executive (New Business)
Location: Staphorst + Den Bosch

WFH policy: Flexible, ideally 1-2 days in the office (Staphorst + Den Bosch), rest at clients

Product: Full suite software solution for the living industry

Size and functions of local team:
3/4 FTE in sales team at Logictrade (all new business), total team 30 FTE. Sharing the office with the total group (2 other tech companies), total 80-90 FTE in office.

Role description:
New Business role, sales cycle from A-Z. Prospecting, cold calling, and deal closure.

Sales cycles: 3-6 months
ADS: 5K-10K ARR
Quota: 40 new deals per person

There are lead lists—they’re working on a marketeer that’s also creating inbounds, but mainly an outbound sales role.

Passion for new business
B2B sales experience (12 months minimum)
People that put their client first (ask lots of questions, show interest, etc.)
Good energy, coachable, curious

Affinity with the industry

Nice to haves:
SaaS experience
