Size and functions of local team:
3/4 FTE in sales team at Logictrade (all new business), total team 30 FTE. Sharing the office with the total group (2 other tech companies), total 80-90 FTE in office.
Role description:
New Business role, sales cycle from A-Z. Prospecting, cold calling, and deal closure.
Sales cycles: 3-6 months
ADS: 5K-10K ARR
Quota: 40 new deals per person
There are lead lists—they’re working on a marketeer that’s also creating inbounds, but mainly an outbound sales role.
