The Role: Account Executive
πΉ Full Sales Cycle β From lead generation to closing deals
πΉ Warm Leads β 80% of prospects are already using the platform (minimal cold outreach)
πΉ Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): Small to mid-market freight forwarding companies
πΉ Deal Cycle: 40-80 days
πΉ Land-and-Expand Strategy β Initial deals start at β¬2.5K and can scale up to β¬35K (average deal: β¬5K)
πΉ Account Retention β Manage accounts for 6 months to drive cross-sell & upsell opportunities

What Weβre Looking For
Must-Haves:
β 2+ years of BDR experience OR 1+ year as an AE in a SaaS sales environment
β Consistent tenure (no job-hoppers; we value candidates who have stayed with a company for 2+ years)
β Coachable, energetic, and sales-driven ("hunter" mentality)
β Consultative sales approach β Experience selling complex SaaS solutions (not simple SaaS/POS systems)
Nice-to-Haves:
β Multilingual speakers (Italian, Spanish, Dutch, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
π° OTE:
BDRs: β¬110K OTE (50/50 split)
AEs: β¬120K OTE (50/50 split)
Exceptional candidates with spot-on experience asking for β¬65-70K base will be considered
