Role Description
Vertical: Public sector (government agencies, municipalities)
Buyer Persona: Decision-makers in HR, staffing, procurement within public institutions (municipalities, large government, semi-governmental institutions, managed service providers)
Responsibilities:
Manage and expand key public sector accounts
Drive consultative sales processes, engaging with senior stakeholders
Align sales and operational processes to ensure long-term account growth
Support account setup, procurement, and staffing operations
Balance client expansion with account retention

3+ years of account management or recruitment experience in the public sector
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Business acumen to navigate complex procurement and regulatory landscapes
Nice-to-Haves
5+ years of experience in public sector staffing or HR-tech solutions
Prior experience setting up QBRs and strategic account plans
Experience with staffing/recruitment or workforce solutions in government environments
