Size and functions of local team:
40fte salesteam (Spread across 7 business units). 4 BDMs/AE, 5 SDRs, 7 Sales Managers, 27 AMs.
Role description:
Commercial role. Book of business 100 customers, 3-4Mio total. Currently working on new framework to segment customers on potential vs. churn risk.
AM used to be both CSM operational and commercial upsells.
Now AM becomes commercially responsible.
Primarily commercial focus. Hunter within existing clients. Need certain maturity level, to internally coordinate colleagues. AM is always responsible for the client, e.g. escalations are for CSM, but AM flags this.

Must haves:
2-4 years of closing experience in similar role
SaaS or Tech experience

Experience with renewals (existing clients need big pricing upgrades)
Nice to haves:
Strong in relationship management
RFP/Tender experience
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 65K-95K OTE (60/40 split), incl. holiday —> Company car on top
