About the role
Role: Account ManagerLocation: Remote in Northern Europe (In Brussels once every month for a few days)
Language: German native (Ideally also French, but not must have)
WFH policy: Remote (Onboarding in office 2-3 weeks, and later once every month or so minimum)

Size and functions of local team:
7 AMs + one Head of
Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
Commercial CSM basically.
Focus renewal contracts: Upsell/Cross sells. Horizontal and Vertical upselling (More product, more departments, etc)
QBRs, upsell/cross selling, renewal, geographical expansion (Growth AE role basically)
Not cold sales, it’s basically hunting with existing clients, no cold calling needed.
Onboardings are with implementation team.
Sales metrics:
Yearly quota €200K in expansion/upsell value
Cycles 1-3 months for an upsell (Vertical - extra products/seats, etc.), 6-12 months for geo expansion (new stakeholders, new budgets etc.).
€2.5K ARR ADS for vertical upsell
€10K-€15K ARR ADS for geo expansion upsell
Enheriting a Book of business of 50 accounts

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 50-60K base (Up to 65K base for a superstar) + 20K commission uncapped (no threshold, strong kickers)
