Role description:
Focus on growing existing client base within the Netherlands
Run own sales cycles for upsells & expansion (not just renewals)
Buyer types: real estate investors, hotel groups, parking operators
Target: 20+ expansion locations per year
Products: additional locations, ANPR tech, full management SaaS features
Relationship-driven sales with commercial upsell KPIs
Collaborates with Product, Ops, AE for seamless client growth

High-impact role in profitable and scaling startup, €8M+ GMV/month, 900+ locations across EU
End-to-end control of both platform and location infrastructure
Growing across 3 countries with proven model
Must haves:
2+ years account management experience with upsell focus
Analytical mindset; data-informed decision making
Commercial drive to hunt within existing accounts
Valid NL driver’s licence; able to travel across NL
Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
Nice to haves:
Experience in PropTech / Real Estate SaaS
Understanding of parking or mobility markets
Salary range & secondary benefits:
€53,208–€59,120 base + €20,400 OTE (performance-based); NS card, office car pool, travel expenses reimbursed
