5 AE's in Germany / 100 people total in Europe

Role Description:
Outbound sales role focused on hunting for new logos.

Deals start at 5K ARR, with a focus on moving upmarket.
Annual target: 720K.
Buyer personas include HR professionals, directors of employee experience, and IT departments.
Key Highlights:

Over 500 customers in Germany.
Transitioning from an inbound-led approach to building an outbound sales motion.
Series B funding expected early next year, presenting significant growth potential.

Must-Haves:
3+ years of SaaS closing experience (ideally 4-6 years).
Experience closing deals between 25K and 50K.
Proven ability to build own pipeline.
