Product: Workforce Management solution for the construction industry
Size and functions of the local team: 30 people internally and 40 including contractors. 3 AE's, 1 SDR in France, pre-sales support is by the product team, 1 marketing manager
Role description:
* Manage the entire sales process, from finding a customer to closing a deal.
* Run tailor-made and high-quality demonstrations, qualify well, experienced in scoping, and know when to qualify out.
* Build your pipeline by actively generating leads: networking events, outreach to decision-makers, and qualification of opportunities.
* Retain and expand existing accounts.
Unique about the company: They have a state-of-the-art workforce management platform, growing at a high pace. Good install base in BE with high potential in Flanders. They are expanding every year and investing in new tech based on AI and IoT.

Must haves:
* 2+ years full cycle SaaS closing experience
* Real hunter, need to open the region
* Scope management, understand that you need to qualify hard and don't commit too quickly.

* Sold HR or workforce management software.
* Enterprise sales experience - knows how to manage complex sales.
* Partnership experience
