Product: L&D platform for both educational institutions as well as commercial companies. In 2011, our Founders opened a YouTube channel with learning videos for maths and it was a huge success. Further YouTube channels with educational videos were then published. In 2016, the first version of our app was released and further updates followed. today, we have over 100 employees and offer learning content for the 5th-13th grade and for over 30 vocational trainings in Germany. We have more than 250 B2B customers.
Size and functions of local team:
110 people in total, sales team consists of 11 people. VP-sales, 3 CSMs, 3 AEs, 2 SDRs, 3 working students
Role description (which vertical, buyer persona, deal sizes, deal cycles, Ent/MM/SMB, leads, etc):
Generate pipeline and closing
Limited outbound at the moment. Mainly inboud, this needs to shift more towards outbound
Support senior AEs
AE - average deal sizes, target, sales methodology, inbound vs self-gen opportunities:
Cycles are 2-6 months
3-30K ARR
Land and expand for larger accounts such as BMW
Selling into companies with 500-5000 employees
Unique about the company (that you don't read online (USPs to the candidate):
Leading L&D platform in Germany, with over 2 mln users
All AEs overperformed in 2023
Must haves:
Lead the room (being positive, cope with setbacks)
Driven and passionate about sales
Coachabilty
1 year + SDR experience

Salary range & secondary benefits:
65-85K OTE (uncapped) (60/40)
