Size and functions of local team:
* 40fte salesteam (Spread across 7 business units). 4 BDMs/AE, 5 SDRs, 7 Sales Managers, 27 AMs.
Role description:
Current process is 100% inbound. They’re looking to make a pivot here, looking for BDMs/AEs that can also do some of their own prospecting. Aiming to have the BDMs do 20% of the pipeline themselves (A bit more perhaps in the beginning)
Focus on SMB/MM. Leads come in through marketing and BDRs.
Run entire process after first meeting yourself, untill signature (Demo, negotiation etc.)
Cycles 3-6 months, ADS 10-15K ARR.
Quota: 300K-500K (Depending on seniority) - Very doable.
Discovery calls are done online, they tend to go for face to face meetings after. So this is a nice role where you VISIT clients!
Must haves:
* 1-3 years of SaaS sales experience
* Coachability, intelligence, energy
* People that love sales and are passionate about it (Intrinsicly motivated)
* Hunter’s mindset is appreciated
Nice to haves:
* Closing experience (Big PLUS - especially for senior range)
