Role description:
You'll be one of the first BDRs in Europe, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product to develop targeted outreach strategies, initiate conversations with finance leaders, and help move deals forward. Ideal for someone ready to play a foundational role in scaling a world-class revenue team.
Target / KPI:
Bookings-qualified meetings with ICP
Contribution to pipeline sourced
Account research & multi-threaded outreach engagement
Team attainment:
Team consistently surpassing early-stage revenue goals; high-performing AEs and strong founder support in sales process
Deal size / cycle:
€30K–€150K ACV; cycles from 4 to 9 months depending on complexity and stakeholders
PG % & support:
BDRs responsible for 70–80% PG
Clear enablement and sales ops support
Access to best-in-class prospecting tools and ICP data

Extremely product-led culture with strong founder visibility in deals
Clients include category-leading scale-ups and mid-market financial institutions
Replaces outdated bank file protocols (like SFTP) with real-time integrations

Growth perspective:
This is a springboard role into Account Executive or Strategic Partnerships within 12–18 months depending on performance. Early hires are given autonomy and visibility to leadership.
Must haves
1+ year experience in BDR, SDR or outbound sales role (SaaS/FinTech)
Strong written outreach (personalized, structured, confident)
Comfortable with technical product concepts and FinTech trends
Bias for action, fast learner, enjoys a startup pace
Nice to haves
Experience selling into Finance, Ops, or Treasury personas
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Clay
