Size and functions of local team: ~25 in Stockholm (3 directly in BDR team); 15+ across the Nordics

Role description:
BDR – Mid-market/Enterprise

80% outbound, 20% inbound

Heavy prospecting using cadences, LinkedIn, webinars, and events (2/month)

~40–50 daily outreaches

Collaboration with marketing and AEs

ICP: Enterprise orgs with 1,000+ FTE; ~3K/month deal size

Sales cycle: ~12 months

Targets: 9 meetings/month, ~6–7 SAOs

OTE: Up to 80K (60/40 split)
