Size and Functions of Local Team: Sales Directors: 8 Account Executives, 9 BDR's and a management team - Dan Green (Sales Director EMEA) oversees all AEs; Phil Cooper (Sales Director) also manages AEs & Nicola Green (BDR Manager) - partly in Amsterdam, partly in London
Role Description:
Focus on generating leads for the account executives. 90% outbound, 10% inbound.
One BeNeLux BDR joined last year and is getting promoted to AE, hence this role has opened.
Target: 8 Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO) + ACV 160k per month, first 2 months on a ramp target
