Size and functions of local team:
40fte salesteam (Spread across 7 business units). 4 BDMs/AE, 5 SDRs, 7 Sales Managers, 27 AMs.
Role description:
Current team is 5fte. Not a lot of playbooks, cadences, etc.
Hands-on leadership style. There’s a team quota so no own quota, but be hands-on and show the team best practices.
First time building outbound engine, so new team new tech stacks etc. They need a builder.
Need a builder, and someone who understands the BDR role really well.

Objectives:
•Build and lead a best-in-class SDR/BDR team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
•Implement and execute a scalable outbound sales strategy to drive new business pipeline growth.
•Develop and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and engagement tactics.
•Set KPI’s and monitor performance to ensure continuous improvement and high conversion rates.
•Implement coaching and enablement programs to maximize

Must haves:
2-3 years SaaS sales experience minimum (Open to AEs, would love this)

Prior BDR experience
