Role description:
Hands-on leadership role – 40% of quota carried individually
Market focus: EMEA, based in London
Team management: Involved in hiring, coaching, and performance management
Lead generation: Managing a high-volume inbound and outbound motion (1K+ leads/month)
Sales environment: Fast-paced, revenue-driven culture
Stakeholders: Direct collaboration with VP of Growth and sales leadership

Must haves:
1+ years of BDR/SDR Team Lead experience
Background in Data, AI, BI, or ML SaaS (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx)
Strong individual sales contributor, comfortable carrying quota
Experience managing fast-paced outbound and inbound teams
Commercially driven, hands-on leadership style
Not from traditional EdTech (e.g., Coursera)
Nice to haves:
Experience in technical consultancies (100-500 FTE)
Ability to operate in a high-volume, high-growth environment
Salary range & secondary benefits:
£115K OTE (Base £70-75K, 50/50 split)
