Role Description:
SDR
Mix: 60–70% inbound, 30–35% outbound
Inbound via SEO, Google Ads, content, demo/trial requests
Outbound: low-hanging fruit + ICP campaigns
Tools: LinkedIn Sales Nav, Lucia, Heyreach (LinkedIn), Instantly (email), Aircall, Claap, Play (to be optimised)
Focus markets: ICT, construction (S&B and small MM), 6K ERA avg. deal size, <45 days cycle
Goal: support €1M growth target by qualifying leads quickly
Unique Aspects (USPs):
Proprietary data engine aggregating 15+ tender sources
Manual enrichment of docs for full clarity – no more missed tenders
Positioned at the start of high-growth phase with clear market upside (70K+ target companies in NL)
SDR will be key in building the internal outbound lead-gen function from scratch
Role allows for significant ownership & impact on go-to-market strategies

Must Haves:
Commercial mindset with proven sales experience (6–12 months+), preferably in B2B
Customer-facing background
Comfortable on the phone
Proactive, ownership mindset
Nice to Haves:
SaaS or startup experience
Familiarity with HubSpot, Sales Nav, cold outreach tools
Affinity with construction or IT sector
“Sportersmentaliteit” / competitive mindset
Experience in lead-gen-related graduation project
